Training Tip; When using pull ups or pull downs, the grip you take will decide what muscle group is worked hardest. E.g. If you take an overhand grip (thumb over bar) your focus is decreased on your arms and more on your back. If you wrap your thumb round the bar your focus will be a bit more arms and a bit less back.
