Training programme Mon 6:15-7am with Pete (all over session) Tues 7-8pm with Andy and Trev Trev with beginners & inters Andy with advanced & elite Wed 6:15-7 am with Harry (power bag workout) Thu 7-8 pm with rubz and Harry Rubz with SPARTANS new tough route Harry with everyone else! Note: Abs blast after sesh 8:10-8:30 pm. Raising money for H4H Fri 6:15-7am with harry (TRX trg and kids assault course!) Sat 10-11 am with Harry (DB workout) Sun 9:30-10:30 am with Harry (boxercise) Have a great week :-)
