Transforming you from the inside out. Todays topic is about WORRY. Talk about a stronghold. Weve all been there, some more than others. Worry, simply put, is an unhealthy and destructive mental habit. If you can change habits, you can cast worry from your mind. Worry can physically make you sick. Do you know how many people today are on anxiety medication (toxic to the body)? Some of you judgemental folks think I want people to be thin in order to look good. Well, you dont know me and what Ive been through. Lets leave it at that. My heart is to help people get healthy from the inside out, so you dont have to live with a diseased mindset and body. That is my purpose! Now, lets break the habit of worry, so you can LIVE! 1. Say to yourself, Worry is just a very bad mental habit and I can change any habit with Gods help. 2. You became a worrier by practicing worry! You can become free of worry by practicing the opposite and stronger habit of FAITH. 3. How do you practice faith? First thing every morning, say out loud, I believe. Dont act like a trained monkey. Say it in faith, meaning believe it is so!!! 4. Speak positively! Instead of This is going to be a terrible day, say This is going to be a good day. 5. Never participate in worry conversation (this is a pet peeve for me). A group of folks talking pessimistically can infect every person in the group! Shoot an injection of faith into that convo! Take no part in talking things down. Instead, talk things up! 6. Clear your mind of thoughts of defeat, gloom, apprehension. Instead, fill your mind with hope, faith, happiness, radiance, glory. Commit this to memory! 7. Make new friends! People that are hopeful and uplifting. Get rid of negative folks. They will suck the life out of you. 8. Help others without motive. We live in a whats in it for me society. 9. Every day of your life conceive of yourself as living in partnership with God. If HE was actually hanging out with you, would you be afraid or worried? I dont think so. Well, then, say to yourself HE is with me. 10. Ask God to help clear your mind of worry. Worry and Fear do NOT come from God. I dont know about you, but I dont serve darkness.
