(Transnet Freight Rail) TRANSNET SOC LTD - City Deep, Gauteng HR OFFICER HUMAN CAPITAL CITY DEEP Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) is a division of Transnet, responsible for freight movement across South Africa. We’re looking for talented individuals who are interested in becoming part of improving the movement of rail freight in SA. The incumbent will be responsible for providing a comprehensive change leadership support for all Human Capital initiatives and programmes to the Business Unit and Transnet Freight Rail as and when required. Responsibilities: Be an organisational change agent and implement and support change leadership programs and initiatives within area of responsibility Effective implementation of all Transnet Human Resources management policies as well as related legislation Implement and support Employee Wellness programs and initiatives Assist Line Managers with the implementation of all human Capital programmes Facilitate employee engagements through dialogues including team building activities Facilitate induction and orientation of new employees within TFR and the depot Conduct quarterly skills audits and address deviations identified with the line business partners to ensure compliance Implementation of the Company’s Talent Management programme and retention strategy Create a climate for change within Transnet Freight Rail. Provide project support to assist with approved change management interventions. Assist in the implementation of change leadership initiatives within time, quality and budget requirements. Assist in the monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of change management interventions Conduct change management workshops in support of change initiatives Embed the organizational values and drive culture enhancement strategies Applications are invited from diligent and well-organized candidates who are in possession of a National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field, who are trained on PROSCI methodology and have 1 year experience in a change environment. Be in possession of a (Code B) driver’s licence and be competent and prepared to drive such a vehicle. Details of current salary package must be specified on application.
