To manage Outbound Costs together with Customer Services Team Leader. To ensure daily Air and Sea lead time Reporting and do deviations and summary reports. To ensure consistent flow of goods coming into the warehouse. To clear and manage Goods in Transit (GIT). To clear and manage all Supplier discrepancies according to SOP and Invoice for Credit. To manage supplier backorders in a structured way with daily follow. To answer all enquiries raised by order handlers on Vehicle off Road and day orders. To continuously seek for cost savings and service improvement. To ensure necessary yearly permits for Dangerous goods and other required components.
