Trav, Today marks as three days shy of your unexpected fatal accident (One year & 362 days to be exact). I still can’t believe it’s going on two years since you’ve been gone. I still think of you as being on an extended vacation and you’ll be coming back in a matter of time. I keep telling myself just be patient. Funny how your mind tries to make sense of things to cop but at the same time has subliminal truths. I will see you again for I am the one who’s on vacation. You are already where we all want to be when the Lord decides its time. It’s just the realities of life here on earth without you that brings a number of emotions out of us everyday. The best years of my life seems like the worst years because you’re not here to share them with me. We can’t help but always to say “if only Trav was here…” or “Trav would have…” I remember we use to sleep in your room every night and stay up to talk and plot to get things we wanted. It was always just the three of us no matter what and it always will be.
