Travel Agent Confessions We all have secret wishes and dreams of things we want to do when we go away on vacation but what do we tell our travel agent? I want to go somewhere warm. I just want to go and relax. Oh maybe take a couple of tours. The more detail you can give your travel agent the better he or she can give you the trip of your dreams. Some agents will ask you questions like what did you like best about your last vacation? What did you not like? What do you picture yourself doing on this trip? All these questions are the agents way of finding out where would be the best place to send you. What hotel has the amenities that you really want, what location has the activities you will enjoy. If you have that hidden desire don’t be afraid to tell your agent. I’ve always wanted to try zip lining, is there anywhere near there I could do that? I really want to try swimming with dolphins where could we go and relax on the beach but give me a chance to do that? We can’t help you if we don’t know what it is. Only if you share as much information as you can with your agent can they give you that trip of your ultimate dreams. So come on and give us your travel agent confession.
