Ko Phi Phi group of islands are one of the most beautiful places on this planet. Grand Palace is another exquisite place of history that is there in Thailand. Often people mistake it for a museum of the history lovers. But believe you me, this palace with its pure grandiose has the capability to make you awestruck and you do not need to have any prior knowledge of architecture for that! For the architecture lovers, it is a blend of many styles, especially the fusion of the Thai and western style of architecture. One of the oldest and the most famous statue of Buddha also lies in this palace only. Railay beach is another tourist destination that is thronged in large numbers by the tourists. This place has the natural beauty and the beaches of this region are a visual treat. People with a limited budget can also afford small bungalows and cottages here and thus college going kids make this place their haven in Thailand. Koh Tao is another place which is great in demand. People from all over the world come to this turtle island in order to get the experience of a lifetime by diving here. Diving is also taught here and one can see barracudas as well as turtles inside the sea. These are some of the most important places to visit in Thailand. Apart from these, one can also visit Phang Nga Bay and Ayuthaya. These two places also play an important role in the tourism of Thailand.
