Travel Republic: what a crappy scam of hotel booking service. They make it look like a booking engine, but the prices they quote are not guaranteed - and then they come back with changes, surprisingly involving a higher price, which you have to actively cancel. They hope you dont do this, because you are too lazy or the price on proper booking services has gone up in the meantime. In short: I recommend never to book with them as they are inconvenient at best and if they show a better price than e.g. hrsor bookingscom they are probably not able to provide that price and come back later with an increase.
