Also, if you own a diesel-powered vehicle, fuel up in Paintsville. It was 45 cents a gallon cheaper (3.86) there than the diesel pump in Inez ($4.30) where the state highway department trucks, and county trucks, fill up all day, at your (taxpayer) expense :)
