Tre Mason has been named a Doak Walker Award semifinalist. “God has blessed me with the hard work, dedication and persistence to be able to accomplish my dreams this year,” Mason said. “ Being a part of what my team is achieving is something truly special.” Mason has 1,038 yards rushing for the season and has crossed the 2,000-yard plateau for his career. He has rushed for touchdowns in the last seven games and has scored seven touchdown in the last two games alone. He already ranks fourth on Auburn’s single-season rushing touchdown list with 16. Mason leads the SEC in scoring at 10.2 points per game.
