Trees to Troops Just some basics (going off of previous years) - limited supply this year (110 vs. 200 trees): 1) Military members may sign up for a tree at the Winter Festival occurring this Saturday, December 7 @ Del Valle Field beginning at 11:00. In order to register for a tree, the military member MUST present a valid military ID. 2) After registering for a tree, the military member will either receive a card to pick up a tree from the MCCS Marketing Department (Building 1024, behind the Home Store) on December 16 or the military member will be placed on a waiting list. 3) If there are trees not claimed during the Dec 16 time period, members on the wait list will be notified via phone that a tree has become available.
