Trent was blessed with another wonderful day! If all goes to plan tomorrow morning they will take Trents trach out. I am nervous wondering if he is ready for this, but the doctors said it was time. I guess after all he has been through we get nervous when things change. I am praying that he will get his gag reflex back and will be able to swallow correctly this time. Trent is looking so good, his color is back and he just seems so much better this home around. This afternoon a respiratory nurse came in to check on Trent, she told him she was there the night he came in. She told Trent that when she heard his family praying and telling him how much they loved and needed him it touched her heart. She said she had been praying for him since that first night, he had beaten all odds and was a living miracle. She just wanted to witness to him and tell of her accident and miracle that she received too. We have met so many amazing people during this journey. There shall be showers of blessings!
