Our innovative new product and processed have helped us to aggressively acquire market share from our competitors and is one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of high-performance wire and cable including fiber optic cable; Military and Aerospace electrical contacts. Additional Responsibilities: · Must have the ability to operate and monitor machine functions; may do minor set-ups or perform minor set-up adjustments; and distinguishes tooling and part numbers. · Have the ability to use scales, measurement instruments, and read prints. · Ability to observe the operation of several machines at the same time. · Maintains machinery by following instructions on Maintenance Logs. · Maintains production schedules and output. · May use scales, microscopes, calipers and measurement instruments while performing duties. · Ability to verify conformance of finished work to specifications. · Shuts off machine and notifies supervisor or lead if parts do not meet specifications. · Performs all other related jobs and functions as assigned and/or required. · Follow all department safety procedures and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment as required. · Must be able to communicate effectively, follow instructions and perform necessary duties. · Some prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
