The souls she cared did from their bodies fly They fled to bliss or woe.! And every soul, it passed her by Like the whizz of the archer cross-border! Alone, alone, all, all alone Alone to attention call to serve She rejected the grant of succour And upon her sage she fell to pity. The cold sweat melted from her limbs Nor rot nor reek did they The looks of her guardian angel Sheltering the weaklings and the sicklings. Ameyo, the valiant woman Who sacrificed her prime life And proned death to the lees To save humanity from ebola scourge.
