Triceps, Shoulders, Core, Legs, Glutes - lets do them all! Tricep Dips: be sure to keep your chest out and your back as straight as possible. Dip down until upper arms are parallel to ground and raise back up. Tricep Dips with Leg Raise: Turn it up a notch by adding alternating leg raises. Toe Taps & Leg Kickback: From a decline pushup position, begin by tapping your food to the ground, return to platform and swing leg up and back - squeeze your glutes at the top and your core throughout. Repeat 4 x 12
