Tried out these modified Bulgarian split squats inspired by @nathaliamelofit but I decided to change the name to Brazilian split squats Todays workout consisted of : Stiff Leg cable deadlifts w/ a rope 3 sets / 12-15 reps Super set Glue press downs on the assisted pull up machine - 3 sets/ 15-20 reps each leg Deep cable rope squats - 3 sets/ 12 reps Superset Pop squats - 3 sets 10-12 reps Modified Brazilian split squats ( as seen on video) - 3 sets / 12 reps each leg Superset Curtsy lunges- 3 sets / 15 reps each leg Heavy Raised Abductors 3 sets / 15 reps Super set Regular abductors - 3 sets / 15 reps burn out Finished with 20 mins treadmill high incline alternating back wards and lateral side to side intervals #glutes#cakes#peaches#instavid#emmybikini#lifestyle#workouts#trainer#coach#igfit#girlswithmuscle#melomafia#influence#inspiration#motivation
