I will be walking like a baby giraffe for the next two days! 1 set each of the following reps: 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Leg extension: Lbs: 100, 115, 125, 140, 155 Leg Curl: Lbs: 95, 115, 135, 150, 165 Leg Press: Lbs: 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 Squats: 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 Glute Press: Lbs: 95, 115, 135, 150, 165 Lunges: (weight/reps per leg) 10, 8, 6, 4 Lbs: 10, 12, 15, 20
