Tried to log into New Yorks Health Insurance Marketplace site to see what options and prices were available. I couldnt establish an id because the site brought up a screen and asked for some info, and then immediately sent an error message saying my session had timed out. I then tried calling the Help number, spent about 10 minutes in the press 4 to talk to a real person loop, only to finally get a message saying everyone is off today for the holiday. Sorry to be a pessimist, but I have a sneaking suspicion this is only the beginning of what will be my disappointment with the ACA.
