Tried to raise a dispute for services not rendered, through HSBC. HSBC told me to contact my local trading standards office to find out if Clubtickets have gone into liquidation as if they have, the refund will need to be pursued through the liquidators. I filled in an online form on the Citizens Advice Bureau site with all the details requesting information on the current trading situation of Clubtickets. Should receive a response in 3 days and will keep you guys posted. Clubtickets radio silence has been the final nail in the coffin for me in this whole sorry experience and I will never, ever buy tickets for a debut festival ever again. Well and truly burned :-(
