Trinidad and Tobago places fifth in the Universal Postal Union’s International Letter-writing Competition. Honourable Nizam Baksh, Minister of Public Utilities, presented the award to Priya-Vani Heera from Saraswatie Girls Hindu College, who placed fifth in the international competition and first in the local leg of the competition held by TTPost. This year’s theme was ‘Write someone a letter explaining why water is a precious resource.
