SEND HELP. but hiswords fell short. its not about BJP.AAP or CONG. this is the sheer faliure of our govt. of the state govt. ofBihar. no body would bother to read this but those who do, all i wanna say is sorry sir. we live in acountry where pizza reaches faster to the people as compared to an ambulance.
