Troop C - The New York State Police in SP Homer are currently investigating a theft of credit cards and are asking the publics assistance in identifying the suspect(s). On August 2, 2014, at approximately 7:18pm, a suspect used one of the stolen credit cards at the Lowes Store located at 1318 Front Street, Binghamton, NY. The suspect used a stolen Discover credit card to purchase $1,601.86 worth of Lowes gift cards and a Pepsi drink. The vehicle driven by this suspect is a gray or silver color Toyota Camry or Corolla with four doors and unknown New York State empire gold license plates.
