Tropical Cyclone Alert: Tropical Storm #GlendaPH (Rammasun) The Tropical Storm entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility at 6:00 PM today, July 13, 2014. It was estimated at 1,100 km East of Legaspi City with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. Tropical Storm #GlendaPH is expected to be at 570 km East of Legaspi City by tomorrow afternoon and at 170 km Northeast of Legaspi City or 100 km East of Virac, Catanduanes by Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday afternoon, it is expected to be in the vicinity of Cabanatuan City.
