Tropical Watch.... Tropical Storm Arthur will make its move up the coast over the next few days while it strengthens into a hurricane. The Outer Banks of North Carolina will likely see the most impact from this storm, but beaches up and down the coast could still be impacted - either directly with wind and rain or indirectly with high surf away from the storm. The Carolinas will be affected Thursday and Friday before the storm moves away to the northeast by the weekend.
