Trouble started when the Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha appointed councilors that will work at the Community Government Council {CGC} as follows, Hon. Raymond Iwuji as Secretary General, Ihentuge Jones Damian as Youth Leader, Mrs. rosemary Osuji as woman leader and Mr. Mercilinus Ugwulebo as CLO, the never do well camp corroborated and wrote petition to the Commissioner for CGC to cancel the list of the appointees. Pastor Josephat Nwoko of Umukpehi wanted the position of the CLO badly and started parading himself as one.
