True inu reckless behaviour: ------------------------- It is just unbelievable that someone living on a dollar a day can afford to lose a dime, recklessly, while begging for a dime; Salva Kiir who is holding his last grasp on 30% of the army can still afford to witness more coups master minded by salaries when 70% of the oil is still following. What if the entire oil is shutdown?….there was fairness in retaining 70% of the oil and 30% of the army while losing 70% of the army and 30% of the oil; but now that equation is messed up. Would it still be legitimate to beg the region to provide 10 battalions (10,000 soldiers) to protect Juba when he(Kiir) cant spend the 30% wisely? Sounds like fetching water with a broken jar; Even regional troops would defect!
