True story - when we were much smaller, one of our prospective partners hired a high powered law firm of whom I went to their swanky offices to discuss the deal. They promptly started being a bunch of nasty assholes and I decided to put the stack of papers on my head and stick my fingers in my ears and go LALALALALA! I CANT HEAR YOU! They called their client to complain (and warn him that he was dealing with a maniac probably) - and he called me up directly and we did the deal on a handshake and a simple term sheet. I guess I cant blame anyone for thinking Im an unprofessional CEO. But it was worth it. :D
