True story.. I was probably 20 years old the first time I went skiing, and I did very well! The second time I went skiing, I couldnt stay on my skis to save my life. I must have fallen from the top of the hill to the bottom, over and over again. A little White girl (8 or 9) asked me if I needed help.. I declined, and continued falling down the hill.. She approached me again and said I can tell you what youre doing wrong.. I said ok, please help me...That little White girl had me skiing down the hill gracefully in no time!!! The two lessons here... 1. Never be too proud or arrogant to ACCEPT the help you need, from someone that doesnt fit your demographic... And 2. Never be to proud or arrogant to OFFER to someone the help they need, even if they dont fit your demographic... Thats how we change the world! Happy Wise Up Wednesday everyone..
