True story... One day at church I had an older gentleman tell me, I really like this church but I have a problem with all the people out front smoking. Maybe you should say something to them. So I said, oh yea? Well what were they smoking? and the man says, cigarettes and so I said oh thank God! that is such an awesome improvement from what they used to smoke when they first began coming here! His mouth literally fell open & he just stared at me in disbelief. And I ended our conversation by saying, how about we do our job of showing them love & grace...and allow God to do the rest in His time.
