True story; When the first jet flights took place, they were top secret. In order not the let the secret out (if spotted by any propeller plane pilots), they installed fake propellers on the jets. Typical pilots were observant enough to see the flame & smoke coming out of the rear and started asking questions. Not long before the secret was exposed, one jet pilot removed the fake prop and donned a gorilla mask. He purposely flew near enough so that the prop-engine pilot could clearly see that this flying object with no propeller was being piloted by a gorilla. (After the other pilot landed, he went to a bar for a stiff drink. Of course they laughed at him and told him that he was drunk. This scenario caught on with the other jet pilots and they all started wearing gorilla masks. This caused a problem. The psychiatrists had many cases on their dockets of pilots who were hallucinating. The problem was solved when they officially admitted the existence of jet planes.
