You will have the television channels we discussed at the price we discussed… internet also. rheymund: Fantastic! Thank you, and have a good day. Frontier Communications: You too, Sir and thanks for choosing Frontier. (… Monday, soon after the installation was complete. (Keep in mind I was not present when the technicians did the install) Riiinnnnnggggg. Frontier Communications: Thank you for calling Frontier, how may we help you today? rheymund: You can help me telling why the hell I now have a satellite dish mounted on top of my porch. I gave you money and info in return for the installation of cable television/high speed internet services. That was the agreement. Satellite service was NEVER mentioned when we set up the work order. Never once! Frontier Communications: Sir, Satellite television IS Cable television. rheymund: Dude... (*takes a breath) What are you smoking? Satellite television signals come directly from outer space to my home. Cable television comes to my home through a wire… also known as a CABLE. There is actually a very big difference between the two. Frontier Communications: And where do you think the signal in the cable comes from? rheymund: It sure as hell does not come from my roof, I ASSURE you.
