True story that went down today...Ill try and make it short, but it may get long Many of yall remember the elderly man who I coordinated the estate sale back in Feb. Nice man, lived alone, very lonely, had a stroke and doesnt always think too clear. He has good days and bad. About 6 weeks ago he came out of Walmart and a lady offered to help him load his groceries, etc. They struck up conversation and she went to his house. For the last 6 weeks she has supposedly been his care giver. He swears he loves her/she loves him...he bought her some things, etc. Myself, as well as other close friends tried to warn him of what she was up to. She has a rap sheet as long as my arm for drug possession, prostitution, you name it...and as it turns out, she was living in a tent the day she met him. He was so very lonely, he denied what we were saying. She brainwashed him. Today, he was taken for about $80,000. She convinced him to open up checking account jointly, and savings. She convinced him to put an offer on a house in Floral City...far away from friends that normally go by and check on him, his elderly sister that lives nearby, etc. Luckily, myself and my neighbor Mr. Cobb got involved and was able to prevent her from completely draining his entire account. Im working on getting his $500 escrow deposit back. The Citrus Co & Hernando Co Sheriffs office are now involved as well as DCF. Let this be a lesson to those who have elderly loved ones...they are lonely, they want company, they may not tell you that they are, but they are!!! His reason was that he was lonely and wanted companionship. It happens folks. This is the crap we hear about on the news... She is currently in Miami for her Boob job. I hope she gets an infection from them! Sorry, Im not a devious person, but its much deserved. She was notified that the relationship is over...and wasnt a happy camper! He is now safe where she cant find him. She is the ultimate POS in my opinion and quite frankly deserves a dirty needle... Her name is Michelle Spivey, 49 yrs old. Beware to any elderly man who has a buck or two....she is nothing but a damn leach. ~ok Im done~
