Truffle Report: Shipping accomplished. Every time I do it I remember why I dont, as a rule, ship truffles. They dont travel all that well being made from fresh ingredients. It requires overnight shipping, and lots of careful packing. So, for all yall special folks, Steven DancingBear, Carol, and my beloved niece, Jessica. Your truffles will be there tomorrow. A big shout out and mad props to Dancing Bear for setting me on the path to discovering the eggnog truffle, hereafter known as Dancing Bears Eggnog. Those exquisite little babies are going to be in regular rotation at truffle making time.
