Trust me, you will be a much happier person the day you are able to distinguish and categorize distinctly the people in your lives as relatives, friends, those whom you are friendly with but not friends with, professional and business associates, social and casual acquaintances, gym buddies, those with whom you just exchange pleasantries, those whom you just smile at and last but not least those whom you simply chat with idly on Facebook. The problems mostly arise when the lines are not clearly drawn leading to ambiguity and emotional confusion.
