Truth by Abdullah Makkah If we all told the truth, Then lies be no more. Feelings will be sparked, Yet, dreams will be torn. What hurts more than the truth, An answer well known. Only a fool will play, Knowing the heart is torn. I want the whole truth, Is a well known phrase The truth is a dagger, Thatll send you to the grave. Truth brings understanding, As well as hurt. Knowing the truth, Will make the gullible go bizurk. If we all know the truth, Will that bring us closer? Or will knowing the truth, Uplift the torture? Men lie, women lie, Was a popular song. GODs Word is the truth, But that wont be in a song. Delight in righteousness, And turn from wrath. You reap what you sow, Thats a known fact. Karma is rough, Better yet, bitter-sweet. You asked for the truth, Now bare your defeat. Salaam. Glory be to The Most High and HIS beloved Son.
