Truths about Sikkim legislative assembly 1. Speaker acts only if its against the opposition( Obviously) . 2. Speaker acts only according to the will of HCM 3. Party with one third of majority in assembly is not accorded for PAC. 4. Anyone speaking or debating against the ruling party is anti-national. 5. HCM denies investigation to protect corrupt bureaucrats and govt employees (AND OPENLY ADMITS IT..LOL) 6. People of Sikkim has been barred from witnessing the ongoing assembly(i dont know why) as no media live coverage is seen so far. 7. Any difficult question raised by the opposition in the assembly is answer by either I dont know or thats not our concern..( reminds me of my pals replying out of syllabus to questions during school days...lol) 8. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST: Any comments against our HCM could be punishable by imprisionment ( in that case: i totally support HCM... getting arrested sucks...lol) ENJOY THE UNIQUE DEMOCRACY OF SIKKIM...
