Trying to be healthier, its so hard. Went back to my favorite workout- 10 Minute Trainer by Tony Horton. If you are like me and hate working out, its great cuz its short. But it is kick-ass. When I am done, I am covered in sweat, my heart rate has doubled, and I am exhausted. The moved are simple, but doing a different exercise each minute with only a few seconds break in between.... INTENSE! Hopefully I can keep it up and make exercise a habit!!!!
