Trying to cancel something from 3 and feeling like Im in the one where Chandler tries to quit the gym ... Oh sir you are actually on our lowest plan, I dont use it, is it cheaper than free? Ok, Ill pass you to our cancellation team... *10 minutes later* Hello, what are you trying to cancel? Oh, Ill pass you to the right person who handles cancellation of this particular item, *5 minutes later* Our system is actually down just now and will be for the next 2 hours, could you call back then please? I was on the phone for 25 minutes altogether (including the first call). When the guy told me the system was down I started laughing so much that I think he was slightly afraid. They really were a most helpful bunch, just an awful operating system apparently!
