Trying to come back on squats. Probably the one exercise affected by MG the most. This weight pre MG I could do for 30 reps now I am lucky for a couple, maybe more. This is post knee surgery 6 weeks. Knees still hurt. Hurt when I walk, stand, walk stairs, everything basically. The only time they dont hurt......is when they are wrapped and squatting. I squat slow so I can stay tight, otherwise I will collapse from the weakness. Staying tight and slow is an adaptation I have made to allow me to squat. Now to work on increasing reps. My goal getting to 8.
