Trying to keep this rant short...but...Stupid city of Indpls! Ok, we ask for the map to where the sewer line is to hook up to for the farm because it was on septic. We draw our plans around this information. We trim back perfectly good trees. We PAY to remove TWO perfectly good trees. Our excavator cant find the line anywhere near where they said it was. You know why?? Because its NOT THERE!! It was put in on the complete other side of the house under our gravel drive to the barns. Seriously? They couldnt get it right on the map? So we paid the city over $2000 for the ability to hook up to a line that isnt where they said it would be. Who is going to give me back my trees? Who is going to put back that flower bed we tore out? Who is going pay to put back together the yard that was tore up looking for that stupid line Sigh...we are. Dont EVEN get me started on the fact that they tried to write us a citation for an inspection that never happened because they never showed up! Grrrr...I am going for a Harley ride tonight to clear the mind and drinking a bottle of wine cause I can! :-)
