Trying to pay a HealthPartners bill. I am the insurance provider in the family. The HSA master card is in my name. I access my childrens medical records by first logging into my healthpartners account. Can I pay their bills? No. Bc healthpartners, no matter who in the home is providing the insurance, puts the childrens bills under the fathers name. I asked them if they could change it since I take care of this stuff. No. It is just how they do it to be consistent. Bc Brian is the man and he had better know what is going on in his house all the time. So frustrated. Feeling belittled.
