Tstt...just a friendly observation...ur warranty...or the piece of paper with words written on it in Times New Roman font is as useful as a single sheet of 1/2ply toilet paper when i have diarrhea.my phone wasnt charging this so armed with my warranty i went to the TSTT dealer.the tech says yes he has the part and it go take half hour to fix and cost 500.i say well it still under warranty so fix up. The tech says well with warranty it would take upwards of 3 weeks to fix and maybe more.so my choices..wait for three weeks plus to get meh fone fix for free..or pay 500 ..void the warranty and get it in half hour.so i ask well if ur a sub contractor working for tstt why cant u fix it now and honor the warranty...how do i know if i carry it in to head office that the techs there arent subcontractors either?...in the words of jr gong...i man suspect a con....
