Tu ZESCO ukusamwa...if this loadshedding and unreliable supply of clean tap water with excellent pressure 24/7 is still not a reality in Zambia by 2016,i ll be the very first voter to cast the vote against the PF,Mark my words!...Energy and water are the basics to life and if a given gov cant supply them at an affordable and consistent reliable rate then that government is hopeless and highly irresponsible hence consequently being given a SHOCK getout!...ZICTA should get to work as well b4 its too late,they are "too sleepy and relaxed" at the moment,i wander if this is deliberate...PF,pull up yo socks in these 3 main basic areas otherwise u risk ukumichita getout kachelochelo even with a lot of positive capital unprecedented projects u have initiated countrywide!!!
