Several Weight Loss Consults. Arthritic Knee injection. Gout Injection. Dog I&D and iodoform packing, with abx prophylaxis. Paraonychitis I&D. Acute COPD exacerbation, trx with nebs and IM abx & steroids. Another COPD case with SOB & Dyspnea x2 weeks, absent Breath sounds in R base and middle lobe - Right shifted Cardiac Silhouette, Hyperluscent & Hyperexpanded Left lung, Right Pneumothorax vs Pulmonary Mass with effusion, on plain film - sent to Hospital for STAT CT and possible Chest tube. More DFACS Drug Screens (apparently they got their budget back). Off to ride then Judo with the Bigs.
