Tuesday, 2nd September MEET THE PRINCE OF LIFE! Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (Jn. 14:5-6) If you intended journeying towards a set destination, but didn’t know how to get there, wisdom necessitates that you ask someone who’s been there and knows how to get there. Now, Jesus who knows the Heavenly Father, and has been in heaven is saying: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (Jn. 14:6). He told Thomas His disciple: “I am the Way to the Father!” Not a way or one of the ways, but ‘the’ Way—the one and only Way! Jesus is the one and only Way to God the Father! If you’ve been searching for the way, your search ends today as you meet the living Way—Jesus. He is the Way! Jesus never lied. He never made promises He couldn’t keep, so you can trust Him unreservedly and wholeheartedly. His words never fail. No one in all of human’s history on earth ever said: ‘I am the way,’ but Jesus! Because that’s who He is! What have you been searching for in life? What has been your deepest hunger and thirst? Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life! He can satisfy your deepest desires, and bring you to your desired destination. Stop searching for your answers in people, or in things. Living a wayward life of hurting others will only lengthen your sorrows. Real power and authority comes from meeting the Prince of Life. His name is Jesus! I’m inviting you today, to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord: let Him save you from your sin, and weaknesses. Let Him be your Lord and Master to bring you to God the Father. He said anyone who calls upon Me shall never see shame. If you want to call upon Him today, say this prayer below: Prayer: O Lord God, I come to You today, confessing with all my heart, that Jesus Christ is my Savior and my Lord. I believe: that He died for my sins, and was raised to life for my justification. I receive Jesus today, and His gift of eternal life. And now, I am free from the power of the enemy, to live for God, in the victories of Christ all the days of my life, in Jesus Name. Amen!
