Tuesday, December 3rd You decided to show up today. You’re tougher than I thought ;) Todays Challenge: Buy someone a coffee. So here’s the deal. I know this goes against Change Heroes’ whole “Give up your lattes for 3 months and build a school instead” but there’s a loophole. We didn’t say you couldn’t buy coffee for someone else! And oh yea...Coffee has a TON of benefits. From increasing your motivation, giving you energy, burning fat, improving your cholesterol health…in moderation, it’s pretty much happiness in a cup. Now, imagine yourself giving ALL OF THAT to a total stranger (or just treat your friend if you’re shy). Instructions to complete todays challenge: STEP 1: Purchase a delicious warm cup of coffee and deliver it to an unsuspecting individual. STEP 2: Document your act of kindness by taking a photo of the lucky coffee recipient. STEP 3: Share your photo on Facebook or Twitter to inspire others to warm up this holiday season.
