Tuesday: Its going to be a beautiful day. Get outside and walk/run/jog for a good 30 min. Then either inside or on your back porch spend at least 10 min. stretching every muscle in your body. (especially the back of the legs, front of your hips, back and shoulders) For my Push-up Club peep, concentrate some time on your core/abs. Hopefully, your arms will need a recovery day, but we didnt isolate the abdominal area so feel free to exploit! I will see you back on Wednesday for more Zumba FUN!
