Just two issues today please: 1. according to media reports, back in Oct. 2002 in London ON a Ms. Edith Sanders was convicted of numerous historical crimes against children. A couple of months ago I emailed into CanLII a copy of 48 or so (9 pages) of lawsuits seeking damages... (where the CASs was named as respondent) ...case citations circa 1998-summer of 2012. In 2012 I had obtained the list from ONs Ministry of Children and Youth Services via FIPPA. The list includes the names or initials of the applicants, the file numbers, date the suit was filed and name of the courthouse where the suit was filed: fixcas/cgi-bin/go.py?2012d.Parker fixcas/news/2012/Parker.pdf Using the case citations, Ive since been doing searches on CanLIIs website but havent found any responsive links. Sorry to impose but did your efforts (thank you) show that there are not any written decisions at any of the involved courthouses re: any of these cases?
