Tuesdays run through Louisville will start at the corner of Shelbyville Road and Blankenbaker Parkway. I will wait in the grocery store lot on the corner until 7am then head down Shelbyville Rd. to Frankfort Rd. I will follow Frankfort until I turn onto River Rd. heading towards Waterfront Park. Ill weave along the river in the park until I get to the YUM center, then head up 3rd st. Ill probably jump over a block to go through 4th St. Live, then back to 3rd to finish on the corner of 3rd and Eastern Parkway. Please comment if you are going to try to join me or come by. Right now I am traveling at a 13 min/mile avg pace using intervals.
